This Roasted Black Sesame Hōjicha Cream Cake uses a light and soft black sesame sponge layered with hōjicha chantilly that carries a rich and roasted taste, and finished with black sesame chantilly cream. A wonderful contrast in taste, this nutty and roasty tea flavour with a hint of sweetness can be enjoyed at any time.
