Fluffy and light cake for birthday cake. Feeling guilt free for every bites. First time trying the new flavour white peach kinkan. Tastes good too! Personally like honey yuzu the best!! Love the variety of different flavours available and don’t mind trying out others as well! The appearance and the box made the cake even more pretty!! Been supporting fieldnotes for years and still taste as good as before! Great location for pickup compared to other branches. The layout of the shop, the lighting and the setting for the slices of cakes available are all making the cakes so appealing!

The cake that is said to start it all is the Guava Lychee Cream Cake ($8.90), as the owners wanted to offer a flavour not commonly found elsewhere. What you get is a base of fluffy-soft guava infused sponge, layered with a guava cream and lychee bits. I liked it as it had that uncommon tropical flavour, and was easy-breezy light – and not-too-sweet to reduce the guilt factor.

Ordered their strawberry shortcake recently and the cake was AMAZING! It was light, and sweetness was on point (not too sweet basically which I prefer). The strawberries were fresh too!
