Our Chrysanthemum Bloom Cake features a light and fluffy vanilla sponge layered with delicate chrysanthemum-infused flavours. Between the sponge are layers of silky chrysanthemum crémeux, and a fragrant chrysanthemum Chantilly paired with chrysanthemum gelée for a refreshing burst of flavour. Finished with a smooth vanilla Chantilly frosting, this cake is light, elegant, and beautifully balanced with subtle notes of chrysanthemum throughout.
