Representing new beginnings, our Chrysanthemum Bloom Cake uses a cotton soft vanilla sponge, layered with chrysanthemum gelee for the burst of flavour, chrysanthemum infused chantilly, and chrysanthemum crémeux. This refreshing floral combination definitely worth a try and is perfect for those who prefer something lighter on their palette!
