Sicilian Pistachio Tart: Crisp buttery tarts filled with a Pistachio praline layered with pistachio cremeux and finished with pistachio chantilly cream
Genmaicha Strawberry Tart: Crisp buttery tarts filled with whipped Genmaicha infused Ganache and fresh Strawberry Compote.
Matcha Goma Tart: Crisp buttery tarts filled with Black Sesame Goma ganache and Uji Matcha Chantilly.

Classic Cakes: To be consumed by the next day. Refrigerate till just before serving, within 1 hour. If consuming immediately, leave in room temperature for 1 hour to allow cake to defrost as we freeze our cakes before delivery.
Celebration Cakes: Buttercream is used on exterior instead of fresh cream. Thaw at room temperature for 1-2 hours or until cream is soft to touch. If your cake contains fondant, we will pack them separately. Please collect your cake close to cake cutting time and keep in air-con room for max. 3-4 hours.
Desserts Care: Best eaten cold, can be in a cold air con room for 2-3 hours.
