The first of its kind in Singapore, our Honey Yuzu Cream Cake showcases a yuzu sponge, layered with freshly made yuzu curd and Manuka Honey cream imported from New Zealand. This citrus light refreshing combination is definitely worth a try and is perfect for those who prefer something lighter on their palette! Kindly defrost in air-con room 1.5-2 hours or till soft to cut before consuming.
