Our Mango Yuzu Cake features a soft cotton yuzu sponge, layered with our freshly made yuzu curd cream and mango chutney, covered with mango cream. A blissful mouthfeel of tropical flavours to savour. Finishing off with dried mango strips and the fragrance of osmanthus flowers. Kindly defrost in air-con room 1.5-2 hours or till soft to cut before consuming.
