This White Peach Kinkan Cake showcases a yuzu sponge, spread with fresh caramelized kumquat fruit pieces and white peach chantilly creme. A refreshing citrus sweet tangy cake bound to delight.

Note: There will be a slight bitter aftertaste from the kumquat skin zest.
